To CCACCC!

This is a strong statement for the goals of CVELG. No one has accepted John's statements of paranoia; nor any of his oratories. For someone like John he will continue his "paranoia" statements until he feels he is winning; I am going to ignore him. John is not a communicator for BF; rather an embarrassment to BF. I do wish John would reveal his true identity; I personally would call Cooper and tell him how John is embarrassing the entire community.

Yes, Ken, John is really serious. And, I hate to tell you this; but I do believe this person is already in power in the city. All of BF needs to be concerned; if John chooses to communicate this way on a public board; what is the rapport level with a neighboring government entity that does not accept a proposal by BF. Instead of being admired; we are being tagged as pro-growth, arrogant, demanding, unreasonable, and for me, embarrassing.
Our taxpayer dollars are being wasted on studies, surveys to find out what we LIKE, and buying votes; while neighborhood groups have to form their own alliances to get basic attention like stop signs and road repair. Two areas where the money has been wasted was the study to develop "The Field"; and votes to buy Northwest Parkway. Both of these issues were voted on; the field to remain open space in 1994; the parkway lost by a 3-1 margin in 1988. So, Broomfield council took the attitude that we the voters, do not know what we are doing; and went ahead with this projects anyway.
I cannot verify this; but it appears that taxpayer dollars were used to buy the county vote through the use of paid lobbyists. How sad; when we asked for a study and expected public meetings where all the voters could be informed.

Knock Yourself Out

Anyone who wants to end their message with their full legal name, home address, phone number(s), E-mail address(s), social security number, measurements, IQ, cholesterol levels, grades from school, family history, etc. ....... please feel free to do so. Or, if you like your anonymity - don't. Identities are NOT the point here.

If we all had to sign our statements with our real names, it would separate the wheat from the chaff. It would make these discussions more meaningful. It would also add a repsonsibility factor. Of course, BA won't like it. You know, the world is out to get this person. I assume you do not feel the need to protect this person from irratonal fears.
