To Ron..More

If you are really interested; there will be more uncontrolled growth occuring in BF. At least 9000-10000 homes are planned in Adams/Weld county area going to the Dacono line. This is to support a second Interlocken; planned for the intersection of the NWP (approximately 156th Ave) and I-25. Interlocken has pumpled several million dollars into the government of BF to achieve this.

And, read the post from Observer; this was in our local paper on Wednesday. A survey will be taken to discover what residents LIKE about BF; it will cost $57,500, and it will not ask for negative input. I am sure the results will be well-publicized.

BBW,John (cluck),Oliver:CHICKEN?

Now we know John is totally furious over my posting; so I guess it is up to BBW. Again I ask, why will you not answer the questions posed on the board. To refresh your memory; these are the questions.

1. Why did CBLG open with $11,665 in account without identifying the
donor(s)? As a politicial group; why the absolute need to hide the resource? Was this city money or city money filtered through a city supported entity?

@. Public Participation in Council Meetings: (just in case you have forgotten)
A. Citizens comments: "under this section of the meeting citizens of BF have an opportunity to comment on items not on the printed agenda. This is the time for residents to ask about something involving the city, or to request the City Council consider making or changing a policy (there is a 3 minute time limit)"

B. City Manager's Report: City Manager reports on any administrative items which the City Council may need information on.

Question: Since decisions about proceeding with the county ballot AND George DICero's intent to act as a private citizen were under City Manager's report: were these ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS which the council may need information on?

3. Why the HIRED LOBBYISTS at State Assembly? Did taxpayers money pay for the hired lobbyists? with your favorite 62% majority; where were all the citizens working for CBLG. We all know this policitical activist group was formed and chaired by Council Members: and, surely, there were enough council relatives that could have played the role of "concerned citizen" to the state legislature. Who hired the lobbyists; and how were they payed?

4. Why in publications to the voters of Colorado, not print the ballot in each entirety:
Question 2A: An Advisory Question
Shall the City of Broomfield consider placing a question on the statewide general election ballot that would amend the Colorado Constiution to authorize the creation of a city and county?

Why was the word "CONSIDER" changed to "PURSUE". Of course, this cannot be considered a typo error. This is obviously intentional to hide the true question of the ballot.

5. I have been checking on your statements that there is no link bwtween Interlocken, the Northwest Parkway, and the county; so far, you have tried to paint this as a "fool's midnight dream." Please explain to me how a city buys votes on a board; and who pays the outrageous price for those votes ($100,000 each). Again, are we looking at taxpayer's monies being mis-used by the city; or is this being filtered through a city-sponsored entity; or is Interlocken now close to 2 million in donations to pay for a study and votes to the NWP development? This is contrary to what Berens said: there would be equity in the votes among the municipalites and counties involved. Why did we buy so many at such an outrageous price? Are we afraid of losing; or simply, is the BF government so determined to be the antagonist in this that they bought themselves a win? Who truly benefits besides a direct route between Interlocken and Interlocken 2. Interlocken is definitely increasing their worth: With a direct route (complete with Park n Ride access at the Parkway); to DIA and between thier two campuses; while the citizens of BF experience home devaluation as commercial property increases. You, Yourself, have stated that CITIZEN assessments will decrease.

6. Are we seeing the annexations into Weld county as a part of the total picture to increase population and support another Interlocken? Why is the area at I-25 and NWP still being presented to the public as a future retail site; not a business park? Why not the truth?

Failure to answer any one or all of these questions tells me that CVELG has accomplished its purpose: The government of BF is corrupt; and we have found a way to win. Is your chicken baking..and is the government of BF the chicken?

Like Hitler

Quote from John (aka Mayor Berens)
"The best law Colorado could adopt is one that would require anyone who was not born in Colorado to leave."

Gosh "John", Hitler already tried that tactic. But thank you for that post.

You are more pathetic than we original realized.

John,
Br Anon says he wasn't followed by any one. Are you sure YOU aren't delusional? Where did you even get this story, and why do you think it involves Br Anon?

I believe the only reason you attack him (Br Anon) is because you know he has provided us with information about the formation of BF City/County. I have found his information to be substantiated by public record in every case I have followed thru on. I do and always will trust Br Anon.

If the stories of intimidation came from only one person, you might have a point. But I've heard them from several people. Sorry, but until you provide some info (about ANYTHING) that can be corroborated, I won't take you seriously.
