Welcome Wagon Defined

When someone moves into the neighborhood, others would formally welcome them. There are many models. The one I like is having someone go to the new person's home and say hello. A packet of information would be given to them. That packet could contain info on the neighborhood association, the web cite, a resource list, guidelines on how to be a "good neighbor", guidelines on how to renovate a WPE home so that it is not a "remuddle". Lynn, is this what you had in mind???
