In the early 80's we had a pigeon problem and I don't remember how it was solved, but ut was.

Now I have a neighbor that has her deck almost filled with bird feeders and leaves much feed scattered about, which not only attracts birds, but squirrels also.

I work where I deal with many HOA's and a good portion do not allow that type of activity on decks or patios, I feel we also should adopt that policy.

My deck is where all the birds leave their droppings and is a health hazard.
