I feel like the Clampletts living here.

Theres a stove out in my greenbelt that has been there for about a month. Trash is everywhere. Trash cans are always left out in front, or in the back greenbelt, broken windows, window screens taped on, swamp coolers up in the back, air conditioners up in the front, dog feces everywhere, piles of trash left out on the front porch whenever the renters or even the owners move out, sheets or cardboard hanging on the windows, rocks everywhere but where their suppose to be, bad oil spots in the driveways, trash is always left in the street.

Doesn,t anyone take any pride in living here?

Also, units that have red signs saying they are uninhabitable.

Those swamp coolers are using our water too! Are they paying extra for the use of water?

Has any of these problems been reported to the management company and the board using the email link? Please help our association by reporting these issues when you see them.
