trailer trash?

is someone living in the trailer on ivanhoe st? a house is being built there and either someone lives in the trailer or the occupants work long hours to make sure its being completed.

I have also noticed that the trailer is occupied late at night. I also believe that someone is living in this trailer and it is more than likely the builders of the home. I will look into who is living there and let you know.

Rental properties

So many of the little houses within my surrounding blocks are being rented out. Some are taken care of, some are not. I have complained to the city about one house where there appears to be several families and up to 12 cars parked there at a time. The house is also trashed. The city says no violations are occurring!!!
