Thank goodness the County Commissioners denied the increase in zoning for the parcel just West of the Table Mtn. Ranch! It has been zoned since the early 80's for 178 homes on 204 acres, and they wanted to increase it to 595 homes. They wanted to put in 4-plexes, duplexes, and a few trophy homes near the foot of N. Table Mtn. Hopefully, this will slow down the commercial center at the SE corner of Hwy 93 and 58th Ave as well...
