I would like to know if there is anyone out their who might know about a city ordinance prohibiting portable basketball courts from being in the drive way right by windows. I am having this problem with my neighbors. The basketball court is in the driveway between my house and the owner of the basketball courts house, but it is right by my bedroom windows and i am concerned about my windows being broken out from the ball. I don't have a problem with the basketball ccourt being in ones backyard, but that is not the case here. These people are usually up past 9-10 playing basketball, running on my grass. There is just not enough space for this to be going on. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should handle this. I thought about speaking with the homeowner, but I know that it is going to get ugly if I ask him to move the protable basketball court. ndwnsathrsicourable nhghgttrotery
