Question is - who are you?

Excuse me - WHO ARE YOU? You didn't sign your name. And what's all this ''you'' stuff? No one other than the original contractor's ever been on my roof to my knowledge. Since I don't have kids how can they be running amok in the neighborhood selling drugs. And since I don't have a CDL I wouldn't be dumb enough to be driving a semi around. And whatever this secret group is you're accusing me of being a member of - it's news to me. Who I am was 7th homeowner in neighborhood who was never provided w/ info of who board was and until the meeting recently was only mailed budget once since 4/03 with no mechanism to question the charges. And until last meeting never even heard any of the issues about water, people on roof, etc from the other side of the neighborhood. And about the water issues does anyone on the board care about the river that washes out the backyards on Chrudan in heavy rains?

What are you talking about?

Not only did I not have a meeting I wasn't there I was out of town on business. And I've never been approached by a board member so I'm glad you were and they sought out input I would welcome the chance to go to meeting official or not to hear what's going on in the neighborhood. And I never made any accusation about anyone on the board publicly or privately. I only question why we spend so much on the mngt company and we can't even get the common area on the left side of entrance to neighborhood mowed once in a while. And since you obviously don't know me and I have no clue who you are stop with the ''YOU ALL'' and slandering me.

I was relaying info

I'll hold my head up just fine. Don't read between the lines since the original post was just relating what I was told went on at the meeting (no it was not my meeting I wasn't even there - I was out of town) and asking them to talk it out. I agree that the web site is great tool especially since it's clear there is alot of miscommunication and rumors out there and no one knew it existed until the meeting this summer at the chuch (and I was disturbed when I saw the minutes of the common area meeting vote to start another)

Heavy rains and other concerns

Hello Ann,

I live on Ladora, the street that is directly in the back of you, I do care about all of our yards, but this is not a board issue, but an issue that you have to take up with the builder personally. I contacted Beazer several weeks ago about many issues about the community, not only our backyards, and they sent a team of people out here to inspect the entire neighborhood. They were willing to meet us half way on many of the issues that were presented.

Also, if you would like for me to forward you the financials for the time periods that you have missed, I would be more than happy to do so. Each and every homeowner ie entitled to this information if they request it. Since the website has been up, I have personally made sure that this information has been posted for all to view.

The ''other'' issues that you speak of have been brought up in ''official'' meetings that have been called by the HOA, the meeting that was recently held was not official, nor were any of their actions.

Tim Sullivan is available at anytime to discuss any issues that you may have with the budget and or the management company, I urge you to call and speak with him personally.

I hope that you will allow me the oppurtunity to speak with you and try and help resolve many of your issues.

Sincerely,

Tamiko L. Collins
