This is a prime example of an HOA nightmare, the very thing you see on the 5:00 news. BTW, if I may ask....is there a Board member by the name of KLARA GARCIA on the newly appointed/elected Board?

Too funny!! While out walking my little rescue mutt inside the complex met two different young men with hoodies.One walking a black great dane that left a ferocious dump in front of someones car and the other one had two rottweilers on leashes. Condo rule is one dog 20lb max. This place has turned into a sty. Even the streams are the color of dog poop. Wonder why.

No Klara unless she took someones place recently.

One 1066 sq. ft. unit finally closed after pending almost a year. "Whew". New management team is taking over this month. They talk a good show but in reality they are nothing but dues collectors. Enforcing rules is up to the board and so far over here it is the wild,wild west. Fights breaking out because owners get frustrated with neighbors violating rules with zero enforcement or reprocussions. Only alternative is  to take it in your own hands. 375 a month  for water and bad insurance. You probably will be forced to buy more by your lender. The real truth is your unit is yours to fix and maintain just like a house on the street. If you are under the impression the board will come charging to the rescue when the termites are eating your unit, dogs pooping on your stoop or your neighbor cranking up the surround sound think again. Where does that 375$ times 300 go every month?
