Wow, sorry to hear this, but certainly not surprised. Please keep me posted as to the' goings ons', if you don't mind. Two of our HOA members bought there in the last 2years...they both thought Lakeridge was superior to our complex, but they're wrong. We are self managed, and have been since day-1, we have a 6-figure ReserveFund, an excellent B.O.D. and a well maintained common area. Granted, we do not have a pool or tennis courts, but we DO HAVE harmony amongst the Association members, now that KLARA moved, and lastly, we have enclosed garages...who the hell wants a crummy carport ??!!!

Some HOA member should start a website message board, specifically for LAKERIDGE Association members, to get them up in arms. The only way to combat a crooked B.O.D. is via community activism.

Agreed unfortunately. I dont have much online ability, only able to post. This complex is like a crummy piece of new furniture. It looks nice and tranquil on the outside but living here is hell especially if you are a owner. Renters I guess around 40% rule the complex. Renters each have 2 sometimes 3 dogs and many over 40 pounds. Imagine the feces and stink. Water features broken and in disrepair, carpots and trees falling over due to termites and lack of care. Tennants play mussic till 2 am for all to hear because the water ponds carry noise. 24 hour security is to protect the 5 board members units only as they do nothing else. Pools are over run by guests of renters so owners never use them. I would sell but do some checking. The word is out and nobody but nobody buying in here. Not a whiner but a truth teller.
