Hi All,

My name is Danielle Andries and I am the Property Manager for the building at 17655 & 17657 (former Kohl's HQ). There is a dividing cement wall that goes for miles around the neighnorhood. A portion behind our building is completly broken and looks like a car may have hit it. Does anyone wish to discuss or point me in the right direction? I have tried The City of Dallas and The City of Richardson and neither is claiming jurisdiction of this area. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
