My neighbor and I found our Wyatt Street alley littered with many bags of trash. It appears to have been dropped on purpose and scattered along the alley. Has anyone else noticed this activity?
We cleaned it up immediatley but it took both of our trash cans to hold it all and leaving no room for ours.
It was not brush or grass---it was garbage.
