WE MUST GO INTO "EMERGENCY MODE"- Save Highline Meadows

Posted in: Documentation To TMMC

Seriously folks are you going to let this "good Old Boys Club" Board of Directors and TMMC TO CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASTE IT WHILE YOUR PROPETRY VALUES SLIDE INTO THE MUD?

DO YOU CARE ABOUT THE VALUE OF YOUR HOME?

How do we get a loan to fix the roofs and paint this place? Answer is to "CUT COST NOW"

How do we go through 750K worth of money every year and still in Debt:Mismanagement and wasting of funds.

WE NEED TO CUT THE FOLLOWING COST:

1) FIRE THE MANITENANCE PERSONNEL 120K (HIRE SNOW PLOW CONTRACTOR)

2) FIRE TMMC 54K (HIRE CPA AND ANSWERING SERVICE)

3) FIX ALLUMINUIM WIRING IN TOWN HOMES 75K (INSURANCE)

4) CLOSE SWIMMING POOL FOR 1 YEAR 25k

5) ANALYZED EVERY CATORGORIE OF THE BUDGET AND CUT COST 100K

We need to consider a class action lawsuit against the following;

1) Violation of the Declaration -"Allowing Highline Meadows to fall apart and not fixing the roofs"/ No reserve fund for roof replacement/ increasing dues or issuing emergency assessments without any vote by association members

2) Mismanagement- TMMC not communicating to association members and no documentation, mismanaging monies

3) Incompetence by the Board of Directors and TMMC- Allowing Asbestos removal in our homes for years now by "Rip and Skip" and putting the association members at health risks-Not documenting activities.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The savings of monies in the beginning would be over $350k.

Step One: Put the extra monies in a local bank account away from Arizonian Bank of TMMC and convince local Bank to give us 1.3 Million dollars and have them draw 30K a month on the loan.

REPLACE THE ROOFS- "STOP THE BLEEDING" and "Save Highline Meadows"

Step Two: Start to paint this place and bring up property values.

Step Three: Thank our lucky stars!

Step Four: Lawsuit for the above violations should bring in the needed monies to fix the rest of this place. This will be a long and drawn out process that the community will have to accept. The Error and Omission insurance of Every Board of Director as well as TMMC will be sought.

We should consider adding Darby Roofing and Dix and Barrett to the list since they are also incompetent.

Step Five: The community will come together to support this action by petition.

Thanks
