I really wish folks would keep their dogs on leashes....especially those that are over 100 pounds while bread in instinct's!  Respect your neighbors and their 4 legged friends! 

I agree !!  We're probably thinking about the same 2 dogs from yesterday.  While sitting in my living room, I saw 2 kids running in my front yard (one of the kids ran up my tree.  When I got up to see what was going on, I saw 2 big dogs going by which looked like they had chased the kids.  Bad situation !!

Totally agree!!!! yesterday i witnessed a large dog running out his yard after 2 very small dogs that were on leashes with their owner. The owner had to stop 3 times before large dog owner came out. Glad wasn't worse. Never understood why neighbors don't use their BACKYARDS for unleashed dogs?
