Maybe you should not reply to comments that are not for your region. Obviously, you are trying to cover a major blunder. My response was in reference to a post made for the locality at Spring Hill, TN. Please check "Current Tags." Also, why would you post that link about DST in Phoenix, Arizona and raise it as a counterperspective to my comment if you do not even participate in it??? That is silly. No, sillier. Ridiculous. Preposterous.
Moreover, to say that door to door sales people are "criminals" is taking this out of bounds. If you are from AZ (OBVIOUSLY you are) you'd realize that your statement is spot on silly deep. I can't get over with the laughter. Even in AZ, your state laws require you to be LICENSED to do door-to-door. Check this page: http://www.codepublishing.com/az/sahuarita/html/Sahuarita05/Sahuarita0510.html
If a person is a criminal and still got the license in AZ, then you have your city hall officials to hold accountable. It is their mandate to check a person's fitness and criminal record.
Such a shame that you even bragged about your close connection with your OP. Calling door to door reps as criminals is not only DISCRIMINATORY, OFFENSIVE, CONDESCENDING and DEROGATORY, but most importantly, a flagrant DEFAMATORY SPEECH addressed to a group of professionals licensed to make a living. A door-to-door job is as dignifying as any professional job; it can earn you more than six figures a year; and it is just complete idiocy to address door-to-door reps as such. When I obtained my license, I had to go through federal background check, drug-testing, credit check and government clearance; and my teammates and I won't mind getting subjected to it at any given time if that is what it takes to maintain our licenses.
Looking at the brighter side, it's useless to even raise another point when OBVIOUSLY you are overstepping beyond the boundaries of your own logic. Have a blessed life!
