We have a pond in our back yard shared by 23 houses.  It is roughly 4 feet higher than it is when the outlet is not clogged.  Citizen's Energy says it's the responsibility of the Home Owners Association. 

I've been trying to reach out to any one representing the association for days and every number I find has been disconnected.

Can someone update the contact information on this website and please get back to me regarding the drain for our pond.

I tried to contact the "president" of our home association and NO response!...lol I have been paying the "fee" every year. I think I am going to stop paying since no one gives a rats #%@! about what we are trying to voice to better our neighborhood. Good luck to you. If you need a hand make a comment and I can round up some neighbors that will help you out on your property.
