The past two days I have found -NON MAIL ITEMS- placed in my mail box.
Has anyone else in the 5th street area noted such things.
I am just every concerned that if they are putting things in my box are they also taking things out.
I believe it to be children doing this... messing with a mail box and placing non mailed items I believe is a federal offense. Something I ma sure children do not know.
Tuesday it had empty "otter pop" packets...and today it was filled leaves..from my pear tree.
This issue concerns me... how about anyone else.
