We have lived in the area for 30 + years, and have watched it deteriorate over these years inspite of keeping up our own proptery. I would like to initiate an ''operation clean-up'' for the immediate area of ''Dumbarton Oaks''
(The area inside of W. Orem, W. Fugua, Dalmation and Whiteheather. At the corner of Hiram Clark & Tiffany Dr. there is a worn sign for the area. How do we get this replaced? Can we plant annuals that need little or no care? I am willing to help as much as I can, but can't afford to do it alone. Please...as many as possible contact me so that we can start to clean up our area.
