Operation Confidence is pleased to announce the collaborative
partnership
with AA Tele-Services; LLC (AATS) a nationwide provider of Call  Center
Services
that provides home based Customer Service Representatives.  The
partnership
will provide employment opportunities to include people with
disabilities. 
AATS performs order-entry, virtual office, emergency dispatching,  etc.

AATS uses state of the art Tele-Communications with a private network
built
to operate using the IP.  Customer Service Representatives (CSR) work
from
home receiving calls  from a variety of locations throughout many
state.  Calls
are received from a Server  located in a central location and
distributed to
the next available CSR  regardless of their geographic location. 
AATS system was extremely helpful during the Hurricane Katrina
aftermath
since the system was operable and many of the CSR's were not
affected by the
storm.
Operation Confidence is in need of individuals who  are ready to work.

Starting date , February 1, 2009. CSR will be paid $ 9.00  per hour,
but must have
the following to apply: 
1.  Computer with Windows 98 or better.   
2.  High  speed Internet connection 
3.  Strong customer service skills
4. Clear  speaking voice with good communication skills 
5.  Must  be computer literate
6.  Flexible schedule
7.  Must  be able to take control of the call without alienating the 
customer
