Eagle Eyes (Forest Hills Grid 18)

There have been reports recently of older teenaged boys harassing the younger girls as they walk home from school. It seems to be predominately the middle school girls that are being followed, even to their homes. This can be very frightening for a child to have to endure.

Please keep an eye out for all of our neighborhood children at all times, but especially as they travel to and from school. Bullying is so dominant these days, and it's easy for the kids to fall victim at times that you might normally think that due to an increase in foot traffic older kids would be leery of being caught -- apparently not so.

If you see any activity such as this, please pick up the phone and report such a bullying incident to the police.

The older teenaged boys who were harassing the middle school aged girls and following them have moved.

These boys weren't just flirting/harassing  -- they were bullying.

Thanks to the neighbor who witnessed this behavior and reported it to the police.

Kids should feel protected and secure.
