The Hillsborough County Cooperative Extension office partners with the University of Florida to provide cinsumers with information realtive to all aspects of life -- from stress management, to growing food to feed your family, to how to can this food for future use. They hold workshops on these topics as well as other topics.Best of all, most of their workshops and material are free. WHAT??? Yes . . . free.
