If something looks suspicious, call for TPD to check it out. The rule of thumb is: IF IT DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT, IT PROBABLY ISN'T!! If it's happening NOW--- dial 9 1 1. Otherwise, call the non-emergency #231-6130. They WANT you to call them. If nothing else, it lets people visiting our neighborhood know that we have police presence, as well as watchful neighbors.
