It's unfoutunate Diane, that someone called the county before they called a Pat Acres Board member. Our phone numbers are listed in the newsletters. We have a Code Enforcement Board that handles complaints right here in our neighborhood. Here's how it works: after recieving the compliant, one or more of the code enforcement board members would meet with you in person to help fix the complaint. This has worked 97% of the time in the last 3 years. I have seen it. If not, then the 1st written request is sent out certified mail. If no solution is reached then a 2nd certified letter is sent out with pictures attached. If no soulution is reached, then and only then is the county code board notified.
