Eastman Creek Landing

We just moved into 405 Sailview a couple weeks ago. Today, around 4-4:30pm, my husband saw a Silver Pick up truck(size of a Dodge Ram or F150) drive by toward the club house parking lot. Minutes later, my husband was looking out our sliding back door and saw a man with a dark purple shirt approach our fence. He was white, mid 30s, average weight and about 5'6ish. My husband saw him walk up to our fence and stop to look through his binoculars into our back door(which is glass). My husband assumes he saw him looking back at him and he turned around and walked away. He didn't look startled or anything. Anyways, this is a bit nerve-racking so please keep an eye out. Not sure what to think of it. Thanks! 

He is either casing your joint for a robbery, waiting for a peep show or doing PI work. Approach him and ask if he is the professional bird watcher that was in the local news. You should get an interesting response and time to take a picture or video of him.
