We received a call Wednesday 8-15-07 from a resident in the neighborhood. On Monday 8-14-07 around 5:15am they were woke up to a car that sounded like it had stalled, When the man of the house looked out of their window he was much to his surprise starring at a peeping Tom. The man is described as 30-35 yrs of age, Hispanic and was wearing a ball cap. He drove a blue colored honda with no tint on the windows. The police were called. Please let your children know and let's all be on the lookout and if we can catch this JERK. Thanks
