Private E-mail Network Announced

At their January 2006 meeting, The Edgemoor Neighborhood Association announced establishment of a private e-mail network intended to bring old-fashioned “Party Line” conversations among their neighbors. Hosted by Yahoo Groups, this popular “Listbot” service allows ten of thousands of proprietary groups to very conveniently handle their private group communications. The Edgemoor Listbot is free and available to any resident that has on-line e-mail address. Subscribers can share messages as well as photographs. The subscriber list is never revealed.
