Drainage will be a lot less of a problem during this summer's thunderstorm season if we homeowners get our landscaping done. There's still a lot of bare dirt in our neighborhood.

Any Progress ?

Joe Gassner & Don Smith agreed to address two specific drainage issues within The Ridge at Fox Run. These areas include Longmeadow Lane and Deercross Court.

Has anyone seen any progress to resolve these specific problem areas?

Small Steps Re: Longmeadow

Spoke with Don Smith last week regarding the plan to take water down Longmeadow per the original plan. He completed a check of the water line at Highcrest (was a previous issue) and has determined that the water may be able to be taken down Longmeadow. Next steps are to prepare a plan and present to the county. Spoke with the county who are well aware of the situation and Don's intent at this point.
