I heard the TV weather guy say downtown got nearly a 1/2" today, but I only had 0.08" in my gauge when I emptied it about 6pm.

My gauge had accumulated 0.37" while we were gone from May 10th until yesterday, May 27th, and had another 0.03" today, May 28th.

Today's mid day brief shower and small hailstorm left 0.19" in my gauge.  Largest hailstones I saw were about 3/4" diameter.

An additional 0.02" was in the gauge this morning, added after I emptied the 0

.19" after the mid day hail and shower.
