Hello, we are considering a purchase with your HOA. We have 2 children 9 and 12. The neighborhood seems very peaceful and well monitored. Anything we should know up front? HOA dues are set at 70x4, what does this cover? I know it is trach pick up and maintenance within the boudaries. Does this include snow removal? Just the main streets or side streets and driveways included? Thanks for responding, if all goes well we will be neighbors in early June.

Windjammer Dues

We've been here since 1991 and have found Windjammer to be a great neighborhood. Dues will probably drop soon from $70 per quarter, because that level anticipated maintenance of property on the north end that has been successfully quit claimed to the city's Briargate Maintenance District. Dues include trash service at a bargain rate, and maintenance of the common areas. No snow removal is done by the HOA, even on the sidewalks in the common areas.
