Elk Creek Farms

My name is Anthony Cacciavillani and after countless complaints about 2  dogs barking all day from 216 China Circle now I woke up to toliet paper all over my cars and front lawn with dog killer written all over it and a drawing of a penis. I called the State Police and was told that I did not have proof. I want to talk about this at the meeting on Dec 3rd and I will have pictures of the vandalism.
