As I was walking down Elkview Rd this weekend I came across some newly erected "No Tresspassing" signs and also a Public Legal notice issue to any adjoining landowners by Penn Township. This was over near the bridge that crosses Elk Creek behind the pond off of Blanca Ct. The notice was almost impossible to see - as it was below road level and it gave 15 days to respond - which is tomorrow.
Not sure what it is all about, but since Elk Creek public space is adjoining this area, and perhaps some of the residents of Blanca Ct. as well, perhaps we should put in a letter of objection until we can learn what it is they are planning. I will go down to the Township today (Monday, 7/19) to see what I can find out. I am happy to put a letter in on behalf for the Association as well being we only have one day to respond.
