Section #17 generally includes the lower half of Ellerbe Road Estates plus some of the Norris Ferry Road area. Specifically it is bounded as followes: On the East by Norris Ferry Road. On the South by Overton Brooks Road. On the North some where along the back yards of the homes on the north side of Hidden Hollow Dr. On the West through open land one mile Weat of Norris Ferry Road.
