Got my sign up sheets today. Sure is a lot of reading. Does anyone know if the ERENA people have any expertice in land leasing? The paper Sunday cautioned about using an attorny that said its free upfront but wanted a percentage later. These guys will make millions if not billions and it will come out of your money later.
