Elmhurt Neighborhood Association exists to improve the quality of life in the Elmhurst Neighborhood.
We:
- serve as a liaison between the neighborhood and local government.
- provide a non-partisan forum for discussion of neighborhood concerns of mutual interest.
- try to maintain communication throughout the neighborhood on issues of mutual concern such as planning, rezoning, traffic and public safety.
