When neighbors can hear your party 4 streets away, you have your music way too loud.
Try to consider the fact that not only are you not the only people who live here, but some people like to go to bed at decent hours and some people get up early on Sunday's to go to church. Also, some of us have babies and sleep is the only break we get.
