There are many children playing up and down the stree to Basin Oak, which in fact is a long stretch of road that many use as main entrance/exit. We need speed bumps not only when you first pull in the street but going down the hill as well. Why there would be speed bumps going up a hill but not down, is a mystery to me. There needs to be plenty of SLOW DOWN CHILDREN AT PLAY signs all up and down the street. The speed bumps will help ensure that. I have had 2 of my cats hit and killed because of delinquents speeding up and down the street, which is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable with as many kids and animals there on this stretch of road. I want changes made asap and have already contacted the city about the speed bumps. Any feedback would be appreciated.
