I have been in Emerald Pointe for roughly 8 years and over the past few years there have been many that have sold, rented and then moved. What ever they have done they seem to have forgotten their pets behind for others to take care of. Some are ferral cats on top of the others. It is all our responsibilities and not just a few to deal with these cats. My sister who moved in with me 2 years ago has had the majority spade/neutered. These cats live in our garage and well taken care of. It has been a huge expense for my sister and myself . We never wanted anymore animals as we have our own inside cat and dog to take care of. However we did try to get them into the animal defense league and they never had room. I know alot of people that are not cat friendly and don't understand why we have these cats. Don't feed them and they will go somewhere else. Really !! So we should just pass them off to other neighbors and that just doesn't seem right. Someone has to take care of them. They didn't ask to be left behind and they didn't ask to be ferral cats(their owners should of been responsible and gotten them fixed or this never would be. You can call your neighbor cat ladies but we are not. We are just people who care. Please take your animals to the vets or animal defense league and have them fixed. Don't leave them behind. You took on the responsibility when you got a pet. Bring them with you or bring them to the animal defense league for adoption. Good Luck. P.S. For the black 4X4 pick up truck that goes down Basin Oak and way to fast, well you have purposely run over 4 cats in the past two years. A number of neighbors have seen this, it was not an accident it was done out of being an idiot.
Thanks for listening.
