There is a garbage bin that pertains to 4587 that has been out on the terrace, now on the street, for four days.  It was EMPTIED by the garbage workers on Monday and not rolled back to its respective place.

If it seemed that I was being too hasty, well, the bin has been out on the street for a week! Today is Monday, and the bin has not been moved! If that bin does not belong to 4587, at least inform the H.O.A. about it before throwing it out on the street to be a danger as well as an eyesore!
