If different agencies ever bothered to get together to really clean up the neighborhood instead of "not my dept" it would help. How can an apt owner that
provides "addresses" and "employment" for both county & federal probationers (hmmm... any rent receipts?)who was arrested on drug charges himself continue to thumb his nose at those who abide by the laws. After two tenants were arrested on drug trafficking charges the place sat empty. Now he's back-no building permits,no contractors license, the INC. must stand for something because it hasn't been incorporated since 96'. Public record indicates that in his probation assessment-he started a new business"remodeling apts& homes" but no one bothered to check with the contractors board. So.. 1517 W. Thomas will probably return to it's old ways soon. The owner should just about be getting off probation. (HMMM... I wonder how he could afford to pay the mortgage for two years with it empty?) Hopefully the place won't explode due to faulty gas lines, or maybe he's complying with abestos removal. No one checks anyway... There goes the neighborhood.
