About Encino Creek

Encino Creek is a gated communitiy consisting of 81 lots located on three streets (Bubbling Creek, Mineral Creek & Falling Creek). It has a mandatory homeowner's association with an annual assessment billed quarterly. In addition to the gated entry, it has pride in it's landscaping, quiet and friendly surroundings, and park/playground facility. Day to day management is provided by Wildwood Management Group (210.732.0000). In the past, the HOA has made arrangements with the neighboring Encino Forest HOA for use of its swimming pool for an additional fee (contact the Encino Forest HOA for further information). The ECHOA was formed to provide a means by which all members can help to protect the investments in their property. There is a published Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, as well as By-Laws to aid in protecting property values and the integrity of the neighborhood as a whole. The elected Board of Directors conduct an annual meeting each winter.
