Clarification on ACC requirements

ACC Correction to Newsletter-April 2008

There is NO deadline date required by your Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for submission of Improvement Request Forms. Rarely are you required to give the Committee samples of materials or paints used. You ARE required to match the color of your home in the case of patio covers and storage buildings. plus you ARE required to submit a drawing showing the location, a COMPLETE LISTING OF ALL MATERIALS and the SPECIFICATIONS that will be used for your improvement along with your request form. This will prevent a delay in a decision by the Committee regarding your request. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

Request Forms are provided on this site for your convenience.  One form is for already completed improvements and the other is for those to be done.
