What an interesting idea...and sadly neither presidential candidate has really talked about using something that worked years ago...but just the fat cats getting the deals like MCain pushed for the Savings and Loans years ago....we never learn.

Market down again and we are at 8.8% unemployment as #1 in the US. RI is looking for people to buy their "war" bonds/notes, so I guess we are at some crossroads until the Governor convenes a summit after the election to decide what we need?
