I live very close to Jameson Square, and while I love children and their excitement, enough is enough. The residents of the adjacent area can no longer enjoy the use of this park because of it's popularity, and the noise generated here is becoming a real nuisance. Another major nuisance in the general area is the liquor store on NW Lovejoy, Specialty Market & Spirits. This store attracts people mainly from out of our neighborhood, and residents have to deal with all sorts of undesirable customers night and day. We have a few wine dealers in the surrounding area, but they only enhance our neighborhood. The Pearl is taking on all the undesirable attributes of midtown Manhattan, and potential residential buyers are wondering if they should even bother looking in the area.
