4373 N Westray Way is not an empty home, when i decided to purchase a home in this community I was under the assumption that there were regulations that would be followed, the home would be fined for violations and finally the problem would be taken care of by management of the community (HOA) and the homeowner would be billed for the service of weed removal. The state of the front yard of this home is deplorable the tenants are parking their cars among four foot weeds and have been doing so since we purchased our home one year ago. This affects our property value and the likelyhood of vacant homes around us being purchased. I was curious if anyone knows the details of our rights as a neighbor to get this taken care of. When someone elses actions hit the pocket books of neighbors it becomes a frustrating problem.
how long will does it take?

Contact Oasis Management. Their contact info is on a link on the home page. They will send a warning, then fine and now there is a company that will come out and clean the yard and charge the home owner. I am sure Brett (Property Manager) has seen this home and is fining them. You can call or email them and let them know what is going on. I hope that helps. |
