Can there be a paid program that homeowners can have their front tree trimmed?

How can the pool not be used for a "toilet" ?

are you that lazy you need the gov. to trim you tree. its called home ownership responsiblites.   and the pool problem,,, thats call parenting.... teaching your brat NOT to do it. IT's called respect. something not taught in school any more thanks to all these whinny lib's

Sorry,  I made a mistake; thought this was for the association people; hoped for an intelligent

response. The "gov" has nothing to do with wanting to pay for tree service; and yes, the parents are the big problem with the pool being a "kids" toilet place.
