I have attempted numerous times to have the cars that are lining S. Columbia Avenue and 51st Street moved.  I have spoken with the Presbyterian church which owns the two homes on the east side of S. Columbia Ave,  and they are not interested in making any concessions.  I even went so far as to lodge a complaint with the City which was investigated and subsequently closed, because they are not parked illegally.  Now we have the house across the street parking  in front of that home making very difficult to enter and exit S. Columbia ave, particularly in the morning and after work. Someone with eventually have an accident.  Please reach out to me if you would like to attack this problem collectively.  This was a nice community at one time, but it seems to be loosing its charm..
