software, one neighborhood
can chat "real time" with another, hold meetings or just "Listen In" Tribal
Voice makes it easy if you have a sound card or multi-media.  The
advanced text to speech robot voice lets you hear what's going on while
you fix dinner, work on other projects or keep one eye on your favorite
TV program.  You can ask questions of officers or special national
guests on our weekly online virtual Neighborhood Watch (Wednesdays at 7:00
p.m.)

Setup & Started:


 

Step One (Optional):





    • Register for Advanced Notification
      by sending e-mail to watchdog@pacbell.net
      detailing your interests and for updates on conference location and future
      topics ( i.e., Neighborhood Watch Group, Law Enforcement Activity, Concerned
      Citizen's Issues)
      . Please include your correct e-mail address and internet
      web address (homepage) if applicable. 




    Step Two:

    Click
    on the Download Image to install Pow Wow 

    Step Three:



     



    • After launching PowWow, choose
      "Join a Community" from the Pow Wow Dialogue box. (See screen sample on
      right) Type comwatch@tribal.com in the address field and then click
      the "Join" button. It's as simple as 1-2-3.

      both friendly and knowledgeable. They are always ready
      to lend you a hand.
