I just saw the following from a new post that Mr. Bill Gammon addressed to our President Fennessy, and I was shocked beyond belief?…?…?…. (see Amenities Fund ?– today?’s new post)

?“?…?…?…..last year you pushed through a board resolution that allowed you to assume near exclusive authority to act on behalf of the CCHOA. With that power inevitably comes the responsibility to exercise it on behalf of the members of our association?…?…?…?”

Should we blame on President Fennessy that he wanted to be a dictator? In my opinion, the answer should be NO.

We should blame on all the other SIX directors. We, homeowners, had put in so much effort to push out the old board and elect seven new directors in hope of that they would all share the authority and responsibility equally with the power they have. But these six well educated idiots chose to become a ?“cheer team?” instead!

In my opinion, these six idiots deserve to be spanked publicly!

Dear six idiotic Directors: You owe all of us an explanation.
