Volunteers are needed to help coordinate the 2008 Annual Picnic.    A tentative date of July 12th has been set, but not confirmed.  In the past many individuals have said they would help, but backed out when the time came to actually do something.  Please respond to this message only if you are serious in helping your Board with this event.
